These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and utra66 (hereinafter referred to as "utra66", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://utra66.cam and all associated mobile applications, gaming services, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and customer support channels operated under the utra66 brand.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing the utra66 platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the utra66 platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on utra66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable minimum age requirement that applies regardless of local laws in your jurisdiction that may permit gambling at a younger age.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise or third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or closed by utra66 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of utra66 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You are the exclusive and legitimate owner of the payment methods used to fund your Account.

Accounts opened or operated in violation of these eligibility criteria are void from inception. utra66 reserves the right to void all wagers, confiscate all balances, and permanently close any Account found to be ineligible, without prior notice and without liability to the Account Holder.

4.1 Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active Account on utra66 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or "secondary" accounts — whether in the same name, under a different name, or shared with another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, utra66 will close all but one account (at our sole discretion as to which account is retained), void any Bonus Funds across all affected accounts, and may permanently bar the individual from the platform.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify utra66 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

utra66 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from utra66 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.1 Deposits

utra66 supports deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit is RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Specific payment method minimums and processing times are displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including joint accounts (unless you are a named account holder), are not permitted. utra66 reserves the right to return deposits to source and to suspend Accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) clearance prior to processing. utra66 targets a processing time of within 15 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the completeness of your KYC documentation.

• Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available at any time, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds in the Account.
• Where Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds co-exist in an Account, Real Money Funds are used first for wagering unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• utra66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, and to delay processing pending satisfactory review.
• utra66 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

utra66 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier benefits, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid only for Account Holders who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of claiming.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Account. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• utra66 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice bonuses already in active wagering progress.
• Where utra66 reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in "bonus abuse" — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or employing low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value — utra66 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
• Birthday bonuses are issued once per calendar year to eligible Account Holders at the applicable VIP tier and are credited within 3 business days of the registered birth date, subject to account activity requirements.
• Referral bonuses are payable upon confirmation that the referred player has completed a qualifying deposit and met any applicable minimum wagering threshold. Referral abuse — including self-referral — will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards and potential permanent Account closure.

All gaming and betting activity on utra66 is subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that specific game or betting market.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and arcade products, utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other international fixtures, are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, the applicable settlement rules for each market are displayed at the time of bet placement. utra66 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a data error, a technical fault, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed interruption that affects the display of odds, game outcomes, or Account balances, utra66 reserves the right to void any affected transactions and restore Account balances to their pre-malfunction state. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the utra66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to register an Account on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal or financial information at any stage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Employing automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or exploit the platform in any way not available to ordinary users.
• Collusion with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting, and sharing hole card information in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from an identifiable error must be reported to utra66 and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Conducting matched betting or arbitrage strategies that exploit bonus terms or odds differentials in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Using another person's payment method or Account without their explicit, verified consent.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

utra66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account Holder has been identified as ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity has been detected in connection with the Account.
• A legitimate self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request has been received and verified.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires restriction of the Account.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Account Holder via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, utra66, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses sustained through normal participation in any game or betting market.
• Interruptions to service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or third-party technical failures.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform that was subject to a technical error or data feed inaccuracy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The platform and all Gaming Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. utra66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, utra66 collects personal data necessary for Account operation, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support. We employ bank-grade encryption to protect stored data and do not sell or transfer your personal information to unauthorised third parties. You retain the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain records.

utra66 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. utra66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via email to registered Account Holders where practicable.

Your continued use of the utra66 platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which utra66 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
